PhD Positions Available — Fall 2026

DISAL is pleased to invite applications for three fully-funded PhD positions beginning September 2026. Successful candidates will join a vibrant, internationally connected research group at the University of Ghana.

Open positions are in: (1) Swarm Robotics & Multi-Agent Systems, (2) Privacy-Preserving Biometric Authentication, and (3) AI for Public Health Surveillance. Each position includes a monthly stipend, conference travel funding, and access to our high-performance computing cluster.

Applicants should hold a strong undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
